Housing

Housing supports the spaces where students live. Working closely with Facilities and other partners, the team manages building operations, room readiness, keys, and more, helping ensure that residence halls remain safe, functional, and ready for students throughout the year.

Operations

Operations supports the processes behind the residential experience. This includes room assignments, communication with students and families, and customer service. The team works to make information clear, timelines predictable, and the overall journey through The Forest as smooth as possible from start to finish.

Residence Life

Residence Life focuses on the day-to-day student experience within The Forest. This includes the staff who live and work in the halls, as well as helping students build connections, navigate challenges, and foster a sense of belonging. The team also provides on-call support, ensuring help is available when students need it.
