Housing Selection for Current Students

Housing Selection is the process by which our current Deacs select their housing for the following semester or academic year! The selection process allows students to pair up with roommate groups and from there select housing based on their roommate group size.

2027-28 Academic Year Intent

All students must complete their 2027-28 Academic Year Intent form on the Housing Portal by Monday. February 8, 2027 at 9 a.m. This information is not a commitment to a specific housing decision. It simply gives our office a better understanding of your current plans and housing intent.

Our goal is that, by the end of February 2027, all students will know their housing status for the entirety of the 2027–28 Academic Year. This includes outcomes for both the on- and off-campus lotteries.

Note: The AY Intent will remain under your “To Do” tasks on your Housing Portal until February 8 as you can go back and update your intent up until that date.
