Students for whom a portion of college costs are provided by Wake Forest Need-Based Scholarship funds should carefully consider their housing and meal plan selections. Please read about the financial impacts of the various options and then contact Student Financial Aid at with any questions.

Housing Rates for 2026-27
Note: These rates are pending board approval.
- Deacon Place rooms = $7,579 per semester
- Single rooms and Apartment rooms = $7,295 per semester
Includes all standard singles; all Polo and Martin rooms; and all on-campus apartments (including apartment doubles) - Double rooms = $6,186 per semester
Excluding apartment doubles – see above
Housing Rates for Summer 2026
Note: These rates are pending board approval.
- Single room = $1,342 per session
- Double room = $914 per session
Housing Rates for 2025-26
- Deacon Place rooms = $7,083 per semester
- Single rooms and Apartment rooms = $6,818 per semester
Includes all standard singles; all Polo and Martin rooms; and all on-campus apartments (including apartment doubles) - Double rooms = $5,781 per semester
